How do I book a commission?

You can book a commission by first filling out the inquiry form on the page for the type of painting you are looking for. Once the form has been submitted, you will be contacted for any further questions regarding the commission. Then a deposit payment will be issued once the commission has been accepted.

How long does it take for a commission to be completed?

Commissions take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece as well as time of year. During the holidays (October-December) turnaround time may take longer due to volume of orders. It’s recommended to get ahead of the crowd and order your commission earlier in the year.

What is your shipping policy?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Please note shipping times may be longer depending on time of year. Shipping is available for those within the United States. I am not offering international shipping at this time. Buyer is responsible for double checking shipping addresses.

What is your cancellation & return policy?

Each print is made to order, so please notify immediately if you would like to cancel your order. If the order is cancelled after the work is shipped a full refund will not be issued.

If you are unsatisfied with your print purchase, you may exchange it for a different print within 14 days of purchase. I will exchange the print at no cost, but there will be a shipping fee. Please note that all art must be in its original condition, with all packaging intact. Joanna Gt. Studio reserves the right to refuse an exchange that is not in its original condition or is damaged in any way.

Please allow 7-10 business days for exchanges to be processed. There is no exchange for custom or original paintings. If you have any additional questions about the exchange policy, please email joannagstudio@gmail.com

Prints that are not delivered due to incorrect address input will not be refunded.

Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage be sure to share your order number, photos of the damage. Damaged, lost or stolen art will be replaced, no refunds will be given.

Do you offer framing?

Framing is only offered on commission orders at an additional cost.
