Joanna is an artist from Omaha, Nebraska, grew up with a small rose garden in her back yard which inspired her to create floral paintings in college. In 2018 after receiving a bone marrow transplant to treat a rare disease, Joanna began Joanna G. Studio. Her goal was to convey warmth and calmness in her paintings as well as an appreciation for the fleeting beauty of blooms. In 2021 she welcomed the birth of her daughter and has started a flower garden of her own.
